Bill Howard, with a B.S. and M.S. in Petroleum Engineering for the University of Tulsa, and more than 35 years of engineering experience, serves GSM as VIce President of Engineering and Operations. Mr. Howard is a Registered Petroleum Engineer in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming, and has experience in many oil fields in the United States, Canada, Nigeria, India (as a United Nations representative), New Zealand, and Indonesia. Mr. Howard has extensive onsite experience as a consultant in high pressure drilling and completion and control of deep gas wells. He has been involved in numerous drilling projects including assistance in development of horizontal drilling and completion techniques utilizing conventional equipment. Mr. Howard's experience also includes involvement in secondary and tertiary recovery including gas and water injection and fire and polymer flooding. He is involved in all phases of domestic and international deep drilling, completion operations, and reservoir evaluation for GSM.
